Hey guys, I'm back.  :zombiekun2

And uh, I have a question:

Yesterday I got a CD from Japan in the mall and I noticed that there was a customs charge. What I want to know is do I have to go pay for that charge or did somebody else have to pay?

I'm asking 'cause I never bought stuff from overseas online before so...yeah, I'm new to this.  :U

If you have the CD in your posession, someone else paid for it. (might have been opart of the shipping charge you paid)

Unless customs specifically asks you to pay a fee, you should be fine.

If it is in your possession, and if you are in the US, the charge has been paid.  Either by you (whether directly by paying a fee that you seem to have forgotten or indirectly if you're right about not paying the fee), or by someone else.  Ultimately, who cares?

For a classic prank involving export fees, see the following:

I would have gone to London to wait for the guy to accept the package...

Then I would have killed him with a rusty icepick.

Cuz that's what scammers deserve.   >:3
