Jairus is banned by my ability to ignore nothing and anything. It depends on how much it interests me. Parent yelling my name? don't hear. People fifteen feet just mention the X-box? I'm now fully enthralled in everything they say.

shadowterm is banned because one little trick I use is to wear my iPod's headphones and not turn it on, thus allowing me to listen in on other people's conversations while they think I'm ignoring them. It helps that I like to read when I listen to music as well.

Jairus is banned for doing this intentionally. I usually do it by accident because my brain is on perminant scan for interesting things. This has left a lot of emotional scars due to great periferal vision. Some things are not meant to be seen
