So what's your birth Arcana?

I found this on another board and I thought I'd do it for kicks. To find out what Arcana you were born under...

*First, take your birthdate. I'll use November 20, 1980 as an example.
*Take the numbers of the month, day, and year, and add them up. The numbers taken from your birth year are the first and last two digits. So in the example, it would be 11+20+19+80. That totals to 130.
*If the number you get has three digits, add the first two with the last. 13+0=13. This number refers to the Arcana you were born under. This one would be the Death.
*There's also another Arcana that's paired with the first one. To find out that one, take the cross sum of your result. 1+3=4, and the fourth Arcana is the Emperor.

(Special note: if the first sum you get is 19, it seems you have a triple set: 19, 10, and 1. If you end up with 22, then you'll just be a single Arcana.)

And there you have it. And for reference to the Major Arcana in Tarot:

1-The Magician: action, initiative, immaturity (mastery)
2-The Priestess: contemplation, inner knowledge
3-The Empress: motherhood and the life it brings forth (affection)
4-The Emperor: fatherhood, leadership, decision-making skills (bravery)
5-The Hierophant: formality, knowledge, religion (expertise and wisdom)
6-The Lovers: choice, full consciousness, desire (charm)
7-The Chariot: battle, independence, the drive to succeed (inner strength)
8-The Justice: the knowledge of right and wrong (heart)
9-The Hermit: self-reflection, guidance (solitude)
10-The (Wheel of) Fortune: fate and the chances it brings (fortune)
11-The Strength: passion, self-control, power with reason
12-The Hanged Man: inability to act, sacrifice (self-sacrifice)
13-The Death: spiritual death, end to the old and begining to the new, change
14-The Temperance: balancing of opposites, opening eyes to promote growth
15-The Devil: temptation, self-bondage that prevents growth
16-The Tower: disaster, changes (rejuvenation)
17-The Star: hope, optimism (glamour)
18-The Moon: illusion of hope
19-The Sun: true achievement, bright future (growth)
20-The Judgement: absolution, release, forgiveness
21-The World: full awareness of one's place in life, fulfillment

There are more ways to interpret the Arcana, and since this is based on fortune telling anyways, don't set too much store in it. :3 For my results, I had Temperance, paired with Hierophant.

Edit: Added a minor note to some of them. I forget what the others were.

1st Arcana:
14-The Temperance: balancing of opposites, opening eyes to promote growth
Incidentally, I was listening to a song whose chorus repeats, "A world of light...shes gonna open our eyes up."

2nd Arcana:
5-The Hierophant: formality, knowledge, religion
Religion?  Hm.

What he said.
How boring an answer...

The Light

The first:
21-The World: full awareness of one's place in life, fulfillment.
And the second:
3-The Empress: motherhood and the life it brings forth.

Weird but whatever.  *shrugs*

My fake internet birthday is 1808 January 19, so that's 18+8+1+19.  46.  Hmmm.

Would you like a googolplex (gzipped 57 times)?

I know the second Arcana is The Emperor, but I just don't have my first one, as it seems there is supoposed to be a pair.

But if I'm any of these in real life, it's probably The Magician: action, initiative, immaturity :/

EDIT: oh, super's got the same problem...

first arcana- the devil. temptation, bondage, and prevention of growth.

i find this accurate, i often feel as though i were chained, and my mental and skill development are almost nonexistent. also at least three people have accused me of being demoniacally possessed, and i find that funny and depressing at the same time.

second arcana- the lovers. choice, full consciousness, desire

i am trying not to break into a pose and sing 'love machine' just because thats 7 kinds of wrong.
Some will fall in love with life,
and drink it from a fountain;
that is pouring like an avalanche,
coming down the mountain.

Soo, is it correct, then, to just add 2+2?

17-The Star: hope, optimism
8-The Justice: the knowledge of right and wrong

16-The Tower: disaster, changes.
7-The Chariot: battle, independence, the drive to succeed.

Sienna Maiu - M T

I noticed that either way, my day of birth when added gives a lucky number. Both seven, and nine.

Angel

1st Arcana:
20-The Judgement: absolution, release, forgiveness

Well, I am pretty quick to forgive people, but not always.

2nd Arcana:
2-The Priestess: contemplation, inner knowledge

I can't quite figure how to interpret this one, but it sounds good.

Ooh, interesting.  Lessee what it brings up for little old me.

First birth arcana: 19-The Sun: true achievement, bright future

Second birth arcana: 10-The (Wheel of) Fortune: fate and the chances it brings

Third birth arcana: 1-The Magician: action, initiative, immaturity

Normally I don't take to this fortune telling stuff, but it's nice to see that something tells me a future might be bright anyway.  :3  As for fate...meh...the only things chance seems to have given me are opportunities too high to chase.   :rolleyes   And finally, immaturity?  Welll...  :P

Very odd - there are three of us 3 arcana people! I wonder what that means?

For reference:
September 26th, 1991:
09 + 26 + 19 + 91 = 145
That gives: 19, 10, and 1.

Anyway, I should probably think of something more to say, but I am too tired.

Omega

20- The Judgement: absolution, release, forgiveness
2  - The Priestess: contemplation, inner knowledge

If I'd have to search myself what those arcanae mean, which seems inevitable, I'd say my view of world would be: "better out than in, yeh?". What I mean is that it's better to pull out that tooth than suffer the pain that it'll cause, or cry out that secret rather than bear it with out for the rest of your life. It'll be over in a second and after that the healing can begin. Afterall, one who does not admit that he is ill, will never hope to be cured either. I don't think that absolution part fits into me too well, though
