That initial exchange is interesting.  While the bat's eyes are unusual they undead tend to have black eyes with a glow.  Hopefully we'll find out what this is all about later.
In the meantime, Regina will hopefully be free to buy clothes.

Isn't that the gentleman who got his ear tip shot off?

Whelp, I stand corrected! Looks like Aliph has to announce his visits and promise to behave. Wonder if anyone is going to find out about Regina...

Also, yeah, odd thing about the "shouldn't you be dead?" Because Aliph HAS been killed and brought himself back, and his eyes aren't yellow, so maybe there's a way to do that wherein the person's eyes don't have the yellow tinge of the Undead race specifically.

Or it could be one of those, "heard you did a dumb and got yourself killed... disappointed to note that is not reality" sort of insult deals.

(And totally missed my self deadline for finishing the "cool DMFA-related thing" to show Amber.  :B Ah, well, still working on it!)

That was the white horse guy that Jyrras didn't like picking on Alexsi.

This wolf looks similar to the one Wildy was working with (she was a shaman for an investigation he was doing).

I don't think they're the same character either.  He had curved marks under his eyes a little like Keaton, and in particular his muzzle was entirely light grey.  This guy has dark fur on top of his muzzle and no obvious eye markings.

Ah, sorry, wasn't clear. His build and "scruffiness" are similar, but yes, he looks different via colors and markings. However, I was thinking maybe a relative! Like they are bros or cousins or something. Perhaps via a communication chain between them, Wildy (or Biggs) may find out about Regina being there.

But also could be just a coincidence. Still, looks like some sort of balanced adventuring party they have there...

Interesting that the (officer?) seems to have wings instead of arms, compared to the wings and arms combo that seems common in this world.

Maybe because she's being and a bat? Separate wings and arms are generally creatures, not beings.

(Except Phoenixes also have wing-arms rather than separate wings and arms.)

A demon lord having to show his papers to a beign officer... Life in Zinvth is indeed the worst :D

Nightmask

Kind of funny having the world's most experienced and powerful necromancer being the most hated of all creatures by the undead and also proving to be one of the best parental figures around despite not being a parent.

MT Hazard

Well a better parent than Regina's actually father, but that's not a high bar to clear. Still, Lorenda also speaks well of D.P in that regard.

I swear I've seen the bat's outfit somewhere before.

And her little cape reminds me of Vincent Valentine XD

Someone has definitely worn that 'ovals of different sizes across the hips' over a dress design before though I want to say it may have been a different color. Can't recall who or when though.

Thought the outfit might have been Kria's at one point and the first SEVERAL Google results for "Kria Soulstealer" werrrrrrre porn.

Mystique (X-men) wears a belt of skulls that KINDA looks the same I guess? But I don't think that's it.

Update: Raven from Teen Titans

Phantom Girl in the Legion of Super Heroes used to wear a similar belt back when Mike Grell was drawing the comic, but I couldn't find an exact match.  Some other costume design by Grell feels likely.

I felt I had to check, but... I'm not finding anything similar being worn by...Batgirl.

In DMFA, the lioness girl adventurer wore one (first seen here, I think; at least, as part of her outfit):
