So apparently Salwin is no match for a bracer-blocked Salomere? What a wuss.

Sally doesn't seem to be properly bracer-blocked though. She's able to use her Cubi powers, since she's using her wings to throw the TV at Salwin. Something *clicked* in the first panel... did she do something to deactivate the bracers?

She's been good so they gave her less restrictive bracers.  But it's still weakened her wings significantly so she's not going to be able to cut through the wall or the guards or anything.
