I know this is similar in title to my last dog post but well its sort of the same topic


After seeing a recent post where a guy asked for 10 bucks on kick starter cause he wanted to make himself some potato salad and wound up with 45,000.  I decided to try it myself

I'm asking for 50 bucks for the parts to make a tennis ball launching air cannon for my dog...   I am of course hopping to get enough to repair my house and get a new car but does this make me evil?

The 15$ tier reward could have interesting implications. Consider the logistics if only a 100 people go forth to troll you for 15 bucks each - 100 balls to be mailed to different locations, after being fired and autogrammed. On one chance, such potential for malice could drive people to give you money just to see what'll happen if they DDoS you, on the other.. .you might get DDoS'd.

Belive it or not I actually thought of this I had found a sire that sells foam rocket footballs,  knock offs of the nerf vortexs, starting at 2 bucks a ball and buying in bulk makes them cheaper per unit. So even in the off chance of that it shouldn't be to bad. 

But what do you think I should do...  Maybe make the 15 dollar reward an autographed photo of EJ (basicly a inked paw print) and move the footballs back to a 30 dollar reward?

I dunno. If everyone wants to spend 15 bucks on a tennis ball, so be it. Have you considered all the costs involved, however? Not just the ball, but also the printing for the certificates (or the time to make them however you intend) plus postage?

Usually people will charge extra for international postage, for example.


Having said that, I'd be in, just to see the video of your dog hunting the balls down. ;-]
