So many things to take from this page and this question.

I always thought Xanatos should be strung up like a paper mache hollow object and be beaten senseless after he abandonment of Jigsaw and Daisy. But there's just so many possibilities. He could go all the way out living. Murphy could have him silenced by a sniper or she could hire hi full time.

Addy could push him out an airlock. Beat him like her personal drum set. Everyone by now probably knows Xanatos was in the area at the time, so a lot of blame can be put on him for leaving a good junk of the team behind. Addy obvisely thinks a little more of her two smaller kitty friends then the others.

Of coarse...just because he quit doesn't mean he's off the set as it were, yet. "The how must go on", as they say.
