Well, yes.
However, llearch has been meaning to return to his lurker-roots and this would play into that quite nicely.

It cuts out the moderators. It doesn't cut out the two people the forum considers to be admins, said configuration being the ability to edit some deep mojo, most of which isn't actually needed for running the forum - only for backing it up or installing it.

The two accounts in question are Damaris and llearch's Big Black Boots. Make of that what you will...
