Lego Halo?

There are rumors of a new Lego video game coming out. Lego Halo. It will be created by Bungie and from what I've heard it will use a similar system as regular Halo. Thoughts?

As long as I can put together pieces of a scorpion, a pelican and a wraith in a single flying vehicle with a plasma mortar, plasma cannon, 100mm cannon and maghine gun, it will be fine

Well, they ARE making a Lego Indiana Jones game so a Lego Halo game could work.

Well, I got my April copy of EGM, and the do have an article on Lego Halo, screenshots and everything.

I don't know how long the development cycle for lego games is, but the release date seems much too close to me (fall this year), and I don't believe that Bungie would be allowed act as sole developer.

Potentially, the screenshots could be of mods for lego starwars, too.

I suspect someone more familiar with the Halo IP could find other discrepancies in the article.

Of course it's a joke. Firstly, Travelers Tales would be involved.

Secondly, the LEGO games have been cross-platform. Having it be a Microsoft invested property would ruin that.

Thirdly, they would be hyping the shit out of the game for over a year or more if there were really making it.
