I think that this third canine is neither xander nor 'cubi, rather that Amber just draws dalmations that way.

Well, that's definitely not him.  I would have said that the guy in SAIA was just a coincidence if it wasn't for the fact that the spots, hair and eyes were the same.  If the spots were different I would have said it was Xander's 'cubi brother, but they aren't.
This guy has green hair and eyes, and a totally different spot configuration so I don't think it's him for a millisecond.

Random thoughts: The room is crowded. If you walk into a crowded hallway (which Abel might've done so maybe at least once a week) and you recognise over 50% of them (centuries at the same school can do that), you can't possibly say "Hi" to them all... Also, remember that Abel has a reputation of a jerk to maintain.

True as well c.c  But the key evidence is the big black patch on the right eye anyway. However I see a discrepancy which might draw out the anti-artist of Amber....
The V-Day and green-hair dalmation doesn't have eyebrows... which would've meant Amber couldn't have added the dark eyebrow-to eye patch to older dalmations eitherway.
