Spooky being the only agent of that name makes it extra spooky.

Though hearing that Max's teacher died from carelessness is rather disturbing. The pages that showed how Max joined the agency  painted Predator as a guy that was one of their best.

It sort of depends on how you describe careless.  Careless could be trusting someone.
