I don't think duct tape is strong enough.  It can't stop a speeding car, as proven on Myth Busters. 

That depends entirely upon how much you use, and where.

Well, if how much is the issue, you could stop a speeding car with a thick enough wall of anything, even air at the right density.

Except maybe WIMPs...  Nah, if you had a solid mass of those, I'll bet enough matter would interact.

Now, a dense wall of gamma rays, while not 'stopping' it, would likely vaporize it instantly into highly-charged ions and radioactive isotopes.  *thinks of many other 'walls' to experiment with*  This could be fun...
