My, but that's not suspicious AT ALL. Seriously, if that actually was a Cubi, they could have been clever enough to leave looking the same way they entered.

Though a non-lethal weapon would be a good idea.

Also, my but that television announcer looks familiar...

The last two panel so much reminds me of some stupid TV news announcements from one slovak television: such as: The locals at [Foo City] have alarmed the officials at a black wastedump containing rotting lamb carcasses and remains. The police suspects sheep farmers...
and
Three transport vehicles have crashed into each other in the morning hours at the highway to [Bar Town] leaving it inoperable for several hours. The culprit was a transport vehicle driver who moved into opposite sense....

Besides "murder-style  execution" is a neat concept too, although it is bad for propaganda in terms of high violent crime statistics....

Actually, if I did manage to take over the world, I would rickroll people as a part of my first address to the world. I think that would give folks an idea of what sort of tyrannical reign they're in for.

Oh sure it could be Jacob getting good press when he resurrects him. >:3

But then cubi being so untrusted could make wonderful scape goats. It could be magical item that allows to change forms going in and coming out. That other base being destroyed probably didn't make Jacob any friends. :B

I'm glad we finally get to see L-ILY for the first time.
Ren did a splendid job on drawing her, since there's something about her shape that makes sure she's female every time I see her.  It may be her hourglass figure or her upward curving cheek bones.

(I've been busy lately with all kinds of TS3 related projects and haven't had time to comment on the comic.)
