I suppose but without the aforementioned open mind, you wouldn't have met either, good or bad.  To live with nothing but caution and to enter into any situation with naught but preconceived notions is to exist a life unlived.

The critical part is, I don't always leave with the same notions I came in with. And -that- is the important bit.

That comment llearch made remind me of when Shades and I met. We started poking fun at all the rumors we'd heard about meeting people on the Internet, and how I was supposed to be a guy and he was supposed to be a psychotic mass murderer.

I believe there is one of those about how I'm supposed to be a nice guy.

Oh and like kudos to the mods and such.
