That is correct.  IIRC Amber offered a refund for anyone who voted for Abel's Story under the impression they would learn about the library incident.  And as you say, it's so much more fun if it's never revealed.

I guess a lot will depend now on what she says when she notices he's snapped out of it.
(Being empathic she has probably already noticed, but Abel won't know that until she acknowledges it or pretends she's just realised.)

I find it kind of disturbing to see a creature like the SAIA librarian taking such an interest in porn novels. "She had already moved down her hands to.." WHERE? 

I guess it's just that she's interested in what the students are interested. Yes. That must be it! For the sake of my mental sanity I'm assuming this is it!

I do wonder where Amber got the 'source material' for that story extract. But once you've read one of them I guess you've read them all, can't be too hard to make one up.

The other thing I wonder about is if it ever bugs amber that so much background text gets obscured, this has the positive effect of being a useful device for conveying an idea that is better with less detail, but has the negative effect that some readers will spend an age using image enhancing software to figure out what the words are and then start a conspiracy theory about. I for one think she has a done a good job of it.

It's probably a romance novel. ...Pornographic romance novel, true, but still, if they're going to write an entire novel they need to have SOMETHING in it besides the sex scenes. But still, even for a full-sized novel, it's true it would be odd for it to wait what looks like more than 100 pages before getting explicit enough for Fa'Lina to realize what she was reading.

Or maybe she knew all along and is doing this on purpose to affect Abel's impression of her.
