to answer your question gabi, yes, Cogi, is how i abbreviate Cogidubnus

I thought so, but I had to make sure. After all, there have been some members whose names shared a common prefix. And there are members like "Dem" whose name is a prefix of the names of a few other members.

Anyway, this means Cog/Cogi/Cogidubnus/Cogidbunus (the latter being a common misspelling) has broken TGH's record by receiving 18 random hugs!

See  the first post in this thread for more info on how 'random' is defined.  In this case the use of a random number generator is sufficient.  She was merely checking to make sure that you were following the original intent of the thread.  Rudeness wasn't required.
