Hehe I like some of the comments.  Ninjalawyers.  That's awesome.  It appears that they've removed the Home button and moved the + - keys around so it's all vertical.  That makes all the difference!

There is no way in hell they can get away with such a blatant knockoff.

If nothing else, they can certainly threaten to cut China off from Nintendo shipments, which would certainly not go over well considering how nutty they are for games over there.
