Makes me wonder what it would be like to be a head-snake.  Are they sentient?  Do they have personalities of their own?  Are they tied into the primary brain?  Can they communicate with the primary brain and each other telepathically?  Could Hennya see through the eyes of her head-snakes?  What was it like being turned into two locks of hair when she touched Kria's amulet?

She seemed to treat them something like real snakes that were attached to her head.
