Potato, that is :D

Twice-baked potatoes are so damn awesome.

You take a regular potato, and BAKE IT.
Then you cut it in half lengthwise, and spoon out the contents, leaving the skin.
Next, mash the contents and put whatever you want in it along with milk to make it smooth. You can put in onions, garlic, butter, cheese, ANYTHING!
Mix it all up and then put the filling inside of the potato skins.
Then broil the potatoes for about 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Enjoy!

I made some tonight. This particular one had milk, butter, cheese, and garlic. I was gonna put chives in it but our chive plant is kinda dried out.
