I don't know.  From Amber's description of the undead, they seem to be rather lively.  After all, your wits are all that's left after the flesh goes.

Undead Mab seemed to be pretty lively - leading the attack on the chibi people in Amber's epic battle scene "Chibis vs. Reworks".  Here she is in the lower right, menacing the cute chibis. 



This is just a corner of the scene, maybe 15%.  The whole piece of art was impressive, all hand drawn and colored.  I'll see if I can find an image of the whole thing.
