Found Abel in a comic book.

I went by my local comic book store to pickup my normal comics. *Ninja High School, Gold Digger, Furrlough* And in issue 171 of Furrlough in last 2 frames of Fortissma Treasure Hunters I see Abel. You should see his face, "Kittyyyyyyyy!"

Well, I looked online but They don't have this issue listed at Radio Comix website *www.Radiocomix.com* or at Rabbitt Valley yet. Thats what i get for living in the same town as Radio Comix and Antartic Press *www.apmanga.com* . The comic is the "dead tree" version so I wont post any scans. Issue 171 of Furrlough has Mark Moore's Cave Bunny on the cover.

That would ring true if we were talking about scanning the entire publication.  We are talking rather of proof.  After the disappointing mess that was Free Comic Book Day, I'm not going to attempt to acquire this thing - which will likely be extremely difficult - based on mere hearsay.

Heh.  Remi and I talked about Abel showing up sometime in his comic (and odds are I'll fandangle his for my own as well)  Though I wasn't aware he was doing print.  Not that its a big issue...as it sounds like the pages in the issue are also the ones from his website.

Just showing one panel from an entire comic publication would be justified as Fair Use.  Perfectly within copyright law to show examples of an artist's work, so long as the entire work is not made freely available and without their consent.
