That's indeed rather awesome, more impressive is that all of those involved pretty much retain uniqueness even in a crowd.  I spotted myself right away, all I had to do was look for an abundance of blue.  *Cough.*  I'm sure everyone else had no difficulties finding themselves in there, either.

well the last one went out of date like that so each poster is sort of like a benchmark of the yaps in that "period" or up to a point.

and just a random note.... I remember watching as the yaps got bigger in size basically each time one was requested.... and now they're getting so small. and still all cute and cuddly an' such.

reason they kept changing sizing was i was still experimating with gif formats at the time now i've got em at a proper size - small but more detailed
and the poster is IMPRESSIVE O_O

I tried to make the poster less dense, aka more like a loose group standing around than a setup for a class photo. And since that was way too easy i also added a little shading, shadows and a bit color FX (i like shiny things  ).

Wow, the idea of a gasmask - Rammstein like - yap is twisting my mind in an unhealthy way .
