Anyone here watch a show called Instant Star?

My agent just called me to inform me I'll be working on that show tomorrow. I've never even heard of it, webiste makes it sound decent. Wanna know from viewers if I should be horrified about being on this show or not.

Never heard of it...looks like a teen reality show...like Gilmore Girls or Dawson's Creek...Meh,go ahead and do it, it doesnt look too bad...And you have an agent?...Is his name Smith?

It shows on the N. I've never watched it, but I see commercials for it when I watch Degrassi, which, as many people know, Goes There.
But, yeah. Just another teen drama. The only difference is that she's a star. Instantly.

Well I guess it's not gonna be so bad then. I suppose there's much worse shows I could get my start in.

Ok, dumb question: are you an actor? If so, is it a one time role, or a recurring character?

Actor. I signed with a background acting agency a couple months ago, but there was a strike here in Toronto so business is only just picking up now. This is gonna be my first actual role in something, even though I'm only background so I'll most likely be in a crowd scene or sitting in a cafe drinking something.
