Why does my chemistry teacher think it's a good idea to let my class use dangerous chemicals that can burn skin/clothes? Especially when we're her worst class? (We're the worst because all everyone does is talk, do things besides work, spill stuff, and screw up lab projects.)

Because sometimes in life you have to suck it up and learn to handle a dangerous situation.

I've yet to know of anything that can completely remove iodine stains. I suppose the acid mentioned could do it.

Teachers are usually like that. Even if you have nothing left to do, they feel as if you are goofing off if you do work for something else.

Why do some people think that if you're doing good in a class (Like algebra or chemistry) that you're uber-smart at whatever subject it is? (Like doing good in a biology class makes them think that you're good at anything science-y.)

Why do kids think that if they vandalize the school's wikipedia article, they will never ever get caught (Usually because they think the school will never be able to track them down)? I mean, there's usually some rumor about someone screwing it up and the kid getting in trouble every few weeks.
