Imagine walking home from work...the ground is covered with snow, and it still winter temps out. Suddenly you spot someone wearing black pants, black mid-sleeve shirt, a red cape, and two Ninja Headbands from Naruto (he was using one to hold the cape on)!

I swear, I'm being honest! That happened to me today, I saw a guy like that! I don't think there's an Anime/Manga convention in town...could somebody check to see if there's one in North Dakota, or in the states/providences neighboring it?

I actually did see that in an FYE. Well, three of them.

I felt a ninja battle coming on, but sadly there was none.
