Posting from your cellphone is nice but I seem to have come across a glitch in the karma system. From my Nokia, I was just able to give different persons + karma without having to wait 15 min.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I was always under the impression that you could give different people karma as much as you want but not the exact same person without waiting.

Yeah, I could give everyone on this page +Karma right now, but I'd have to wait 15 minutes to do it again.

Yes, you don't have to wait to give karma to different people, only to the same person.

That's definitely a bug. For each person you're attempting to karma, it shouldn't let you karma more than once every 15 minutes, unless you're lucky. Or a mod.
