In Comic 374 Darkmoon flashbacks to defiantly facing down Dracula in a previous encounter, implying that Darkmoon took the initiative and left on his own.  However, in Out of the Darkness #32, Drac kicks Darkmoon out of the castle.  Also in #374, he calls Darkmoon "Darkmoon," whereas in OotD  #32 Drac calls him "Herschel", even though Dracula as called him "Darkmoon" on previous occasions.

Is this a comedic discrepancy based on the way Darkmoon would like to remember things vs. the way they really happened?  Is this a continuity error?  Or is this one of those things that will be cleared up as time goes on?

Comedic discrepancy. Although now that you point it out, I guess I should clear it up.

It is possible in theory that the two times are still separate...since while Dracula kicked Dmoon out...Darkmoon hasnt really done anything that warrents defiance.  It was more "eww he's got a soul! Get out!" type of thing.

But that's just how I took it.

Darkmoon

(nosd) indeed.

Or... at least, that's the case now. ;)
