Huh. Seeing a modern-day Destania show emotions beyond irritation, anger, and smugness is a rare sight indeed. I'm surprised Biggs was able to talk her down so quickly, tbh. I don't doubt we'll see this convo between Dee and Alexsi; I do wonder what the outcome of it will be, though. Dee will likely demand that Pyroduck be cast out from the inn, and I wonder if that will happen, especially in regards to Tash and her quest to combat him.

I'm wondering if Pyroduck will find out that Destania might have killed one of the Phoenix Oracles to deceive Merlitz's friends.

Also the fact that there's repeated attempts by Hizell's pet Mythos species on Pyroduck's life might help in that regard.

You know, with all this airing out right now, it does bring up oe interesting question.

Why was Ducky hanging around the Trink's territory to begin with?

It would be hilarious AND horrifying if the next attack happened during the mother/daughter/interloping-potential-son-in-law conversation that might be upcoming.

I think it's unlikely that Ducky would be directly involved in a conversation with Destania. Even if she controlled herself re: Alexsi dating Hizell's son, it's way too early for her to actually get near him without instinctively going all murder-mode.

The next attack also isn't scheduled to happen until the end of the month, which I think is a bit of a wait for Dee to invite Alexsi over to have the conversation.

I thought Pyroduck was raised by The Phenix Oracles with Fa'lena being his first adoptive parent who didn't do much raising.

And based on what we've seen of their relationship, I think Fa'Lina played an active role in his upbringing, he was just housed with the Phoenix Oracles.
