The flight panel is really nice.
As an aside, I have only just noticed that one of Tashatani's eyes has been closed the whole time.

Ahh, Chazore was there for a reason. I forgot she was Jy's bodyguard!

Also I feel bad for Tash having to sit through ten minutes of "u hafta go now kthxbai"

I must have missed the Insectis swarm Tash spoke of.

When Tash is first introduced a few pages back, we are seeing Jy thank her for driving them away.

I mean implicitly at some point she signed her life away for the purpose of essentially traumatizing Pyroduck so I don't feel that bad for her. If Chaz could somehow keep her away from Lost Lake as well it would be a net gain for everyone involved.

A central philosophical issue with worlds, possible or impossible, is how they represent what they represent. This is obviously connected to the problem of what kind of things they are. Perhaps impossible worlds are metaphysically different from possible worlds, and represent in a different way. Or perhaps they are metaphysically on par with possible worlds. Or, they may be taken as nonexistent objects. Or as abstract entities which represent by encoding...

Well... a net gain for everyone not aligned with Hizell.

The thing is, it seems more likely than not she has no choice but to sign her life away. Easy to imagine she'd be killed AND her sisters punished or something if she refused.

From page 1767, Kria believes that these mythos have some kind of death cult to Hizell, so they are likely to be happier about sacrificing themselves than a more rational individual - even without the empathic link.
I have wondered if Hizell is doing on a smaller scale what M'Chek did to Hishaan... harvesting souls from the mythos when they die.
