Is Aliph more likely to be diplomatic despite his slowly personality change*, or because of it?

* Due to his frequent dying and being brought back.

Headcanon: Aliph has become weird/abnormal due to his repeated un-deaths... but weird/abnormal for a demon. It could be that the change to his nature "mellowed him out".
