Yes, that looks like the Oblivion model of vampirism, where the sun doesn't insta-kill you, but it doesn't do you much good either.

Something I am kind of curious about regarding present-day Ra is whether the blue stuff on her face is because she's still wet from being spritzed, or whether it's inflicted permanent damage to her.
