The freshers at least have a good excuse, but when will the main cast get it into their thick skulls that popping into town always ends in disaster and should never be attempted?
Knowing her luck, she'll end up becoming prince of the town as well as Rei through some local uprising against Gardenia.

Of course, it could equally be that they're constantly slipping into town and we only see the times it goes horribly wrong.

Loki probably slips into Mylenor pretty often. At least she did when she lived right outside of it. Things didn't go exactly terribly wrong in volume 31... just terribly inconvenient.

Maybe nothing actually happens in Mylenor until a main cast DHS kid walks in. it was just this normal little town until DHS happened and then suddenly things get eventful.
