I was going to ask if the local guards/militia/police would be able to tell that an Altair ritual has taken place.  But if they had that kind of ability, rounding up Tricksters and other undesirable worshippers would probably be a lot easier.

I'm still curious what happens if you mix together holy water from Jake and Ceraph, though.

EDIT: Also, that mask looks really cool in the first panel.
