What has happened is that I uploaded the banner image first, and then got stuck trying to come up with a title.
TCAD official updates Saturdays, although like all the comics it tends to be uploaded the night before.  It will be Saturday the 29th, in a just a couple of hours.

Oh, I see. So I got in at just the right time to see the site while the invariant was broken. Also, great title!
