Actually, I'm wondering why no one's noticed her fangs... we've never seen a human with fangs before, have we?  If vampires are indeed factual, the one person who ought to know that is Tish, and yet she told the police that Liara was bitten by "an animal"... maybe she's worried she'd be on the hook?
