You look like the last poster to me, I could be wrong but I suppose the last poster could change at any time someone would post in this topic, granted that moderation can cheat at this however I do believe that they have yet to be bothered to do so, well, beside the initial action made by you. However I know that sometimes people will just do something because someone else mentioned them doings things, such spiteful behaviour.

Distractions by definition aim to turn focus towards themselves rather than what is important; by being distracted you loose touch with reality and cannot be relied upon to remain objective.

Distractions by definition aim to turn focus towards themselves rather than what is important; by being distracted you loose touch with reality and cannot be relied upon to remain objective.

Also, while you were reading that, I stole the last post. 

An example of a  necessary distraction is recreation, whilst the need of such a distraction is debatable still people are generally healthier with it, therefore it serves a purpose. It is not necessary to loose touch with reality completely during a distraction, that by all means is a worst or best case scenario. Distractions themselves can be both welcomed or disliked.
