Sorry you lost the kittens. Everything else I wanted to say seemed trite or cliche. So I guess I'll leave it at that...

Did you ever get a status update from the vet as to what caused the kittens to die?

Clearly we need the kitties healthy, then insert them in the comic to torment Luke.

I've got a staple gun, will that help keep you together?

llearch n'n'daCorna

I've already supplied duct tape, and that doesn't seem to be working.

Staple gun, duct tape, AND Mighty Putty! Gotta watch out for that last one, though. It might stiffen his fingers a bit. Then again, it'd be great for gluing him into his drawing chair...

Oh, and lest I forget: Sorry to hear that life is throwing rocks at you again, Turnsky.

eh, it happens, the thing with the wrist is more annoying than actually painful (it hurt like hell last night, for the record) as it prohibits me actually drawing.  :U

Well, I'm glad that you're not trying to push ahead and draw anyway (you're not, right?), since that could take things from "annoying" to "medically significant source of more bills."

I think I'm about as greedy for new pages as the rest of the forum, I (again, like most of the forum) am more concerned with your wellbeing. If nothing else, a healthier, happier artist is a more productive one, so from a purely logical standpoint it makes sense to encourage you to take care of yourself.

Not that I'm purely logical, of course. There's a reason that the custom text under my forum avatar is "part-time voice of reason, full-time weirdo."

well, it was okayish yesterday... now it hurts like the blazes.. :<

i'm gonna try and see the doc about it this week.

Yeah, I know how that goes. Typically my wrists and ankles are a bit "crackly," but sometimes it moves into my left knee and makes a cane helpful...at 27. I shudder to think what kind of shape I'll be in at 50.

Have you tried taking a glucosamine chondroitin supplement, such as Osteo Bi-Flex? I take the stuff, and find it makes a noticeable difference in both the pain and snap-crackle-pop factors after a few weeks. Ginger supplements, though commonly used to soothe the stomach, are also helpful with joint inflammation.

Turnsky

everything's fine now joint wise.. to prove that, i actually updated.  :3
