Corgatha Taldorthar

Dear invisible friend,

What sorts of computer/console games do you like?

What is your favorite book?

What is your favorite color?

What is your favorite movie?

How many of these questions do you think I can keep coming up with?

Do you get annoyed easily?

What do you think of my method of greeting new members to our forum?

If you can't decide what your favorite DMFA strip is, can you at least give me a favorite character?

Best wishes,
Corgatha Taldorthar.
Someday, when we look back on this, we'll both laugh nervously and change the subject. More is good. All is better.

Dear Invisible Friend, how many times?
Is Darkdragon trying to stir up trouble with his questions?
What is a "person of principals"?
Why does The1Kobra like lies so much?
Do you think it would be possible to guess people's identities by the questions they ask?
What do you think about the long lists of questions?
Quote from: Gabi's IFAs many as are necessary, of course
I don't know, I try not to speculate about other people's intentions.
A person who asscociates with senior school officials.
heheheheh, now *that* would be telling
Of course
They provide more material for guessing the identity of the invisible friend.

Do you forgive easily?

How fast can you type?

Have you ever been in a fist-fight?
Quote from: The1Kobra's IFYes, it's nice.

Dear friend with negative index of refraction:

Respond to any 5 of the following :):

  • Which modern scientific development fascinates you the most and why?

  • What are your thoughts on the current economic climate?

  • Choose one ongoing political dispute and explain (briefly) what are your comments on it.

  • Does Gödel's incompleteness theorem unnerve you in any way?

  • What do you consider the twelve most important pieces of English literature and why?

  • How would you defend your religious belief (or lack thereof) from an extremely zealous evangelist of some religion?

  • Which part of the genre of music you like appeals to you?

  • What are some things that you have done for your country or some things your country have done for you?

  • Do you find modern-day movies worth the investment and why?

  • Write a short narrative no less than two pages describing the journey of myself finding you, the Invisible Friend.
Quote from: Darkdragon's IFDear he who light bounces off of instead of refracts around,

I think that the development of the microprocessor is the most
fascinating because instead of being a single discovery, like those of
chemistry, it is constantly being revisited and revised, not to mention
the fact that microprocessors have changed the world as we know it.

My thoughts are ideas.  Oh, you wanted my opinion on the current
economic climate?  You should have asked that, instead.

[...]

[...]

[...]

Ask them who wrote their book of beliefs.  And for proof that it was
actually God who wrote it.

The originality of my favorite genre.  Most of the newer genres or even
newer pieces as a part of the older genres are becoming too repetitive.

[...]

[...]

During the course of this round of Invisible Friend, you will ask
many questions.  These will give me many paths to walk down, and a few
will lead right to you.  All you can see is a figure in the distance,
but you cannot make out exactly who it is (although even if you could
see my face, you may not be able to tell that it is me).  It is my job
to make sure that you do not ever see my face.
I will not finish answering this question now, but will add on a new
paragraph for each question set I answer.

This will prove to be fun.

Dear Invisible Friend,
The Fear bit was a SNAFU on the part of my Wii that I didn't catch, but found funny.

What does 'Agathokakological' mean, or more accurately, how would you define it?

Strawberry or Watermelon?

Mass transit? Sweet, that's how I get around, in addition to my bicycle. Subway system?

Up or down?

Catsup or Ketchup?

Flammable or Explosive?

Fish or Poultry?

Most kinds.

Depends on the genre and sub-genre, I don't tend to think of anything as an absolute favorite regardless the traits of other things.

Green, Black, Blue, Red, in that order in diminishing order.

Again, the same answer holds true here as for books.

Given sufficient time I suppose that it's theoretically possible for you to max out at Three-thousand Four-hundred Sixty-nine separate questions.

I have no opinion on that matter.

Dear Invisible Friend,
If you don't mind, what is your job?
What are you studying in school?
What is your opinion on how Darkdragon handled his questions?
Do you think I'm asking you mindless questions, or do you think they have some higher purpose?
Explain your reasoning behind your decision in the previous question.

Darkdragon

Dear acquaintance possibly created from dark matter,

I'm intrigued by your approach to the last option. It will sure be fun to see how this pans out. :3

Well, I used the word "thoughts" because "opinions" may not include proposed solutions, exit strategies etc. But since you want to make such a distinction, what are your opinions and proposed plans of actions regarding the current economic climate?

I'll give you a break on difficult questions. What celebration close to the Solstice (December 21st) do you and/or your family observe?

Do you do anything special to observe the change in the commonly accepted Georgian calendar year?

Do you think my questions either stress you, or are too much of a chore to answer? If so, how do you suggest I improve?

What's your opinion on the creatures so many people carry on their signatures?

What drink(s) do you like best?

Do you like roleplaying? If so, what kind of characters do you like playing? If not, why not?

Do you have a job? If so, how do you feel about it? If not, do you have any plans to get one?

I know! It was a little stressful at first trying to keep things straight, but I think I'm getting into the hang of it. It's actually kinda fun now. I may think about volunteering for hosting the next round too... but we'll have to see.

... Actually, now that I think about it, I may have to skip the next round, unfortunately: I'll be in Cabo, Mexico for a week, and cannot guarantee internet access. Sorry.

I think that all of the economic issues permeating from the US stem from
the fact that most people have been conditioned to look for instant

waiting and saving so they can afford it in the long run.  The only
thing that I can think of that might actually work would be to
completely freeze credit, but that would also tear down the economy even
worse than what is happening now.  The idea of partial government
ownership is a good one, because even though the national debt is higher
than it's ever been, there is next to no chance that the country will
fail due to the economy.

We observe Christmas, but not the "Birth of Jesus" Christmas, but the
materialist Christmas.

Recently, no.

I think your questions are better than some, since they make me think.
I don't think there's a way to improve, but I think that your decision
to work your questions like this could have been saved for a round with
less eloquent people.

NEXT PARAGRAPH!

With each question I answer, you take one step toward me.  Thorough
observations of my answers will obviously reveal who I am, but in this
round most of the people taking part have the ability to write to this
type of question.  Although it takes a bit of time for me to answer
these questions, they are also enjoyable.  This two page answer is
probably going to be what helps you to figure out who I am.  You hunt,
but I do not move.  I stay stationary, and hope that my answers lead you
astray.

Dear Invisible Friend,
What brought you to the Clockwork Mansion?
Which do you prefer, DMFA or CVRPG?
Do you think it's possible that I'm just asking questions as a formality, but actually getting all of my information from the last question I ask?

Dear Invisible Friend,
Were you on the forums during the days of The Nice?

What makes you say this?
If I told you that I did take only the information from the last question, what would you say to that?

Dear the one who is veiled in shadows:

How would you make an objective distinction between "eloquent" and "not eloquent" when regarding people?

What do you consider as being one of the higher aspirations in life, and why?

What is a social norm that you do not completely agree with and on what grounds?

The current economic model holds no regard for the resources which is required to fuel the economy. Since the extraction of resources will, in some way or form, damage the environment, where is the happy medium which you find between the two evils?

What makes a person a person?

Dear invisible friend,

What are your thoughts on the bailout of the auto industry that was passed?

Do you get uncomfortable around crowds?

Do you like to keep pets?

Have you ever played D&D? If so, what are your thoughts on D&D 4.0?

What can change the nature of man?

Edit addition: Just out of curiosity, what would you do if you became an expert hacker for a day?
