Oh yeah. My cousin was about to pass out because the first stages music was giving him a headache. It's a three note tune that plays every five seconds. From what I remember of the voice acting, it was best described as "fake accents that had that reading aloud slowness you would expect of an eighth grader reading Shakespeare." That give you an idea?

So, voice acting befitting the English dub of City of the Walking Dead then...
