I wonder if Col's bout of shapeshifting sickness have left him weaker than before or stronger? He currently can only stay shifted for a few hours, but surely he had to build up to that, maybe he could get better over time?

If its like exercising muscle then would surely be better to frequently exercise for shorter amounts of time, frequently, rather than keeping going until you are you are exhausted each time.
