Does this sound familiar to anybody?

I was suddenly struck by a random memory of an animation I can find no heads or tails of. If I remembered correctly it had something to do with Eggman undergoing a magical girl transformation of some sort to the theme of kill la kill's Sirius. Has anybody seem something related to this and/or know where it might be found?

Sounds like something you'd find in a Sonic Paradox animation compilation, but the exact scene isn't striking me right now.
