How to Defenestrate

#1) Find jerk who needs punishing.
#2) Find window.
#3) Throw jerk through window.

Note; opening window is optional, and defenestration typically works better if done from the highest window in the building.  Invention of technique is often attributed to the late King Gustav Adolfous of Sweden.

Remember; Defenstrate Responsibly!  Only YOU can prevent accidental two party bodily impacts from a high window!
