Members section going in circles?

I'm not sure if it's just me but every time I try to log into the members section I appear to get re-directed back to the login section every time, and it doesn't specify if it was successful or not. It was like this last night for me as well and thought it was just a random net bug so I reset all my router and cleared my computer to see if it would help, but sadly it hasn't.

Any ideas?
