I was looking at my calander and noticed that the fourteenth lands on an update day and I figured... "Why not, let's try..."

Why don't we tell Amber she's off on the 14th? For God's sake, it's her first Valentine's day as a married woman.

I definitely agree with Pendolse, but HaZ is right--Amber SHOULD do whatever she thinks is right. However, she also should enjoy Valentine's Day regardless of what she does, whether she updates or not.

valentines day is a day full of sugary treats, heart shaped cookies, bad porno music, strawberries for some reason,  spraying chocolate on every visable item with a hose, and occasionally even cute filler art.

lets face it, what amber decides is what we live with becasue very few of us are able to cohere her into getting off her butt.

but remind her that the 15th is national discount chocolate day and the 16th is national scrape people off the ceiling with a spatula day.

Well, Valentines Day is a special anniversary for Miss Amber, the popular and well-known 'Day that my spouse was going to propose but wound-up being stuck in a storm for nearly a week'-day.

It's a very treasured moment in anyone's lives to be sure.

Who says Amber can't spend the entire day with him and still do a comic?  The comic goes up the night before, so all the work would be done the day before valentine's.  Now, I wouldn't expect any sort of extras update the day after valentines, since that would ahve to be done on the 14th(if not earlier).
