So, since it's a room of stone that Saff's worried about, it's safe to assume they somehow detained a Chaos Power.

Since it takes two sets of cuffs to stop a Power and three for a god, it makes me wonder if one pair of cuffs is actually more than enough to stop a regular mortal.
