I've been meaning to try StarCon, but I haven't yet. I've gone over some Screen Caps for StarCon2, though. It looks good, but I already have so many games that I need to finish. You know how it goes.

Ah... the good old days when multiplayer gaming on the PC meant that you crowded around the desk and each took half of the keyboard. And you could be right there to see the looks on your friends' faces as you crushed their puny forces in a bid for galactic conquest. Good times! 

The Star Control series was a lot of fun. If any of you are interested, SC2 went open source a while back, and it's currently being maintained as a fan project called The Ur-Quan Masters.
