Abel seems to be barricading the bedroom or wherever Jyrras was when he collapsed. I suppose it's easier to defend than the entire mansion...

Also Devin has a key to the front door. Meaning he can't exactly lock him out.
If barricading the door doesn't work he should have planted some Peashooters and Wall-nuts.

Abel at least knows he's 'safe' in that room, since Jy is there with him in case he needs help...He could also be hoping Devin becomes as lost as he did...
Yeah, move along, nothing to see here...
....Is Abel pushing around a mat board cutter? Because it really looks exactly like the one my teacher has.
Wonder what that pink robot (Gryphbot?) will do if she sees Devin.
Jyrras reminds me of myself when I am woken up by something that isn't normal. If something is going on I just wonder for a sec what is going on, say or think screw it, and then go back to sleep.

They could have a swinging romance.
Could have a swinging fight.
I guess since they already have identified Abel as the welcomed guessed It could get a little hectic when robot meets undead. But would her sensor see Devon more like a meat robot? Hmmmm...
Well anyway maybe Abel's afraid to be sued or pay royalties for using Devon's personality without permission. That might explain why Abel's barricading himself in. Though more likely he might not want to confront a person he blames himself for getting killed.
With the exception of the spotty hot guy's presence, this is me in the morning. :3

Same here, as well............although I wish there was a hot guy's presence there in the morning! >:3 RAWR!
Anywho, I have to say "EPIC WIN" for Jyrras' face in the 3rd panel, that would make an awesome fan bar! :D
*goes :mowninja with a bucket of :popcorn and grabs front row seats for
Devin vs Robot Sister*
Looks like Jyrras is about as alert as the average college student in the morning.

You're right, it does look like a mat board cutter. But knowing Jyrras it can probably also cut through time and space XD

The Gryphbot was destroyed when Mab went nuclear with the repoters on her land. The only other name given at this point that could possibly the pink bot is M.A.C.E.

At first glance,I thought it was a big screen TV.

You have been playing too much "Plants vs Zombies."
Yes, Jyrras, listen to the Incubus who is blocking the only way out! Just go back to sleep, nothing to worry about... >:3
Actually, that device that abel is scooting around looks like a CNC lathe to me. Of course any decent CNC lathe with a 4'+ tail stock is not going to be moved by anthing smaller than a forklift.

A lathe was my guess, actually. As for moving it, that might not be such a problem if Abel knows some kind of Negate Mass or Increase Strength magic.
Negate Mass spell?
How's that going to work with vain cubi?
"Have I lost weight?"
"Hang on a sec *casts spell*, now you have!"
Jyrras and Amber need more sleep.

I'd go with increased strength in this case. Something that makes horrible screeching sounds when pushed seems unlikely to be under the effect of a mass negate/reduction spell
Actually, it looked like a plotter to me. They had one at the office where I used to work that could generate a plot that was 36 inches wide and could be as long as the roll of paper (over a hundred feet).
It's big, it's heavy, it makes screeching sounds when drug around the floor. What does it matter what it is?
Isn't it part of the machine Jyrras was going to hook Abel up to?
A perfect example of "meh, I'm too tired to deal with this" from J.G there.

I'm rather confused as to what impact your height has on the matter.
That aside: Let's not forget about the sentient computer-furry and Deathbringer. Since Deebs already seems to have assumed Abel is the visitor, things might go badly for Devin if he tries to go inside anyway...
I'm 6'2" and have a Computer Science degree. I fail to see what this has to do with the tendency to overthink or not.

I'm a six foot tall graphic designer with a predication for drawing and writing.
overthinking is the brain's way of saying that you're an idiot who mistook the accelerator for the brake. :P
I'm a six foot tall IDIOT who took Web Site Design instead of something I might have actually found a job in. X_x;
Now, I clean a Casino for a living. :B
Lets hope his teammate barricades the window. Otherwise the zombies'll break in there. D:

How would Abel be "
using Devon's personality"? He's using his own and Devon is using
his own.
I may as well explain where the term "six foot nerd" came from. I was attending an event at a local college and a person came up to me and asked if I was the person she was looking for. (I forget the name of the person she was looking for.) I told her I wasn't but was curious as to why she thought I was that person. She said that she had been told to look for a "six foot nerd" and I seemed the closest fit to that description. (This was a room containing a few hundred people.) As the fellow once said, I resemble that remark.
