Depends on how often frat-boys haze the local properties. Imagine being the victim of rotten egging or TPing... to say nothing of what they'd likely do when they find out you can actually see them and they decide to start showing off mentally scarring images...

Is it a racial weakness? I looked at the undead demo' page but saw no mention of a racial pun weakness.
