Who's that on Regina's shirt again?

Back in #980 (http://dmfa.katbox.net/comic/980-punching-to-the-chase/) and some before that, there's a little cartoon fox on Regina's shirt. I remember one of those rants divulged who it was, but I can't remember the name. Any refreshers?

I think she and Mab both ended up putting each other's characters on t-shirts their characters were wearing. I forget who did it first.
