Each with it's own atmosphere and species from the previous planet where soon space travel is invented!

The plan DP mentioned about destroying the undead race would take "decades if preparation to manage properly".

Also, it's highly likely that the only people who know about it are DP and Regina.

True, Very True. It is easy to forget that the characters don't have the readers perception of the story sometimes.
Though, I was under the impression that DP hasn't been activity hunting or destroying the undead race until now. I could be wrong of that assumption. Ummm.... the undead probably didn't know of that either.
